Going faster and faster.

Just some advice i used to give my son,
He always asked me to make his car go faster!!!
He thought that if he had the fastest car then he would win.
This is not the case as one day i showed him by speeding his car up, all that happened was he hit more things ( other cars and barriers) .
After the race he had done less laps than he normaly does, and he asked me to slow it down again.
The way to go faster is not to hit things so never speed your car up faster than you can control it.
you will find you get more laps in by driving neatly and in full control.
Try and be smooth round corners and dont corner sharply as this will slow the car down.
when you can lap consistently then slowly speed your car up.
Dont try and run before you can walk.
